Dixie Chicken’s 42 & Brew Domino Tournament: A fun-filled day of entertainment and competition
If you’re looking for a fun way to spend a day, why not try your hand at the State Game Of Texas with our annual 42 & Brew Domino Tournament, hosted by the National 42 Player’s Association? This game attracts Texas 42 enthusiasts from across the state, but you don’t have to be a seasoned 42 player to join in the fun at Dixie Chicken’s tournament. Novices and experienced players alike are welcome to participate.
You must pre-register your team as spots are limited. Call or e-mail Kent Kopnicky: 979-557-6663 or stdkjk18@shsu.edu. Day of, registration opens at 9:30AM, and the entry fee is $40 per team.
But the tournament is about more than just dominoes, as the name suggests, there are lots of opportunities to enjoy a cold beer with friends between and after games.
Of course, no tournament would be complete without prizes, and Dixie Chicken’s 42 & Brew Domino Tournament is no exception. The winning team will take home a cash prize, as well as bragging rights until the next tournament rolls around. But even if you don’t win, you’re sure to have a great time at Dixie Chicken’s tournament. The friendly competition, lively atmosphere, and cold beer make for a fun-filled day of entertainment.
